NFT Details
NEO-NINJA is an NFT collection launching with the NINJA/USDC Raydium Fusion-Pool.
The purpose of this collection is to give additional incentives for providing liquidity to the newly launched NINJA/USDC Raydium Fusion-Pool.
100% of the funds raised from the sale of NEO NINJA NFTs will be converted into 50% NINJA and 50% USDC and then deposited into the NINJA/USDC Raydium Fusion-Pool.
There is a 5% royalty for this collection.
50% of royalties are distributed to holders of NEO NINJA NFTs.
50% of royalties are deposited into the NINJA/USDC Raydium Fusion-Pool.
The NINJA/USDC-LP tokens will be staked into the NINJA/USDC Raydium Fusion-Pool to earn emissions of NINJA token.
50% of emissions are distributed to holders of NEO NINJA NFTs.
50% of emissions deposited into the NINJA/USDC Raydium Fusion-Pool.
Dues generated by royalties, emissions, and trading fees are evenly split between distributions to holders and compounding back into the pool.
Over time the buyers of the NFT will be able to recoup their costs through emissions while earning numerous perks within the upcoming NINJA-GAME for providing liquidity to the NINJA/USDC market.
The NFT collection also offsets the emissions of the pool by recycling half of the emissions earned by the raise back into the pool as well as locking up the initial raise in the liquidity pool.
100% of the funds deposited into the NINJA/USDC Raydium Fusion-Pool will stay locked within the pool indefinitely outside extreme circumstances such as the shutdown of Raydium pools.
Resolutions will be voted on by the holders of the NEO NINJA NFTs in the case of extreme circumstances.

The utilities of the NEO-NINJA NFT collection begin the second the mint goes live with SOL generated from the mint being converted and placed into the NINJA/USDC Raydium Fusion-Pool.
